Legstravaganza Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
This section sets forth the Terms and Conditions of sale for Legstravaganza, ("Web Site"). We are a part of BRAVADA International Ltd. ("BRAVADA"). By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
Legstravaganza carries hundreds of products that are displayed on our Web Site. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our Web Site may not be available and may occasionally be out of stock or may be discontinued without notice.
All prices and services featured on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars, are valid and effective throughout the globe as displayed on each respective product page and always denominated in United States Dollars in every case.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability and dimensions, however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors or information provided by the manufacturer that was in error. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions as they may appear.
Due to the nature of the internet and that all computer display screens may show a different hue of any particular color, products may vary in color and appearance. Legstravaganza and BRAVADA ensure that each product is displayed as true to its color, appearance and texture as possible.
The total order amount, including tax and delivery charges will be charged to your credit card or gift card in full at the time the order is placed. You authorize BRAVADA, through its website Legstravaganza, to charge the amount indicated for the products purchased along with any applicable taxes and shipping charges as is/are reflected at the time of purchase on Legstravaganza.
At no time whatsoever will BRAVADA or any of its subsidiaries sell or reuse in any way, your private information in any form whatsoever. BRAVADA has a firm policy of never engaging in any conduct that compromises your information and only uses your information for completing the purchase of Legstravaganza products and services or for "sales" and "specials" information from Legstravaganza if you so chose to receive it.
For all items, we will accept a cancellation for full refund if the item has not shipped. If the item has been shipped, the return policy and procedures outlined below must be followed. To cancel an order placed on Legstravaganza, please contact our Customer service at email@example.com. If the item has not shipped, we will credit the full amount paid back to ONLY the original credit card or gift card.
At Legstravaganza, quality is always our priority. If your Legstravaganza product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Legstravaganza will replace the product at no charge and with free standard shipping. In these cases, please contact Legstravaganza customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Legstravaganza 14 Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your new Legstravaganza purchase! But, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 14 days from the date received with the receipt for a full refund. The Legsstravaganza product being returned must be in new condition, have original tags, in the case of clothing, unwashed and unworn.
Returns where the product is damaged or in disrepair are disqualified from a refund. Legstravaganza garments that have been washed or in any way altered are also disqualified from a refund.
When Does My Order Ship?
Legstravaganza ships most orders within one business day of receipt of your order based on a 3:00 pm Pacific time cutoff. Some orders may also be processed same day. Products on Legstravaganza are in stock in virtually all cases however, there are times where some inventory needs to be shipped in due to high volumes and fulfillment of your order may take an extra 2 - 3 days. In these cases, Legstravaganza shall notify you as to the delay in shipping.
At Legstravaganza, we want you to love your new leggings purchase but we know that sometimes you need to exchange an item and or maybe even return it.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
1. The item(s) have been worn
2. The item(s) have been washed
3. The item(s) have been altered
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item
6. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your Legstravaganza purchase. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. A restocking fee of $5.00 shall apply for all returned packages to Legstravaganza;
In the case of returns or exchanges, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Legstravaganza. In the case of exchanges, Legstravaganza shall send your exchanged leggings back at no charge, one-time. Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Legstravaganza will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item with 24 hours.
To Exchange or return an item(s), proceed as follows:
1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with Original Receipt - We cannot exchange or refund without the original receipt.
2. Please write on the receipt which items you want exchanged. Please be thorough.
Products That Cannot be Returned
1. Underwear / Undergarments
2. Booty Shapewear
4. Any worn products
5. Any Washed Products
6. Products without original tags and packaging
BRAVADA International reserves the right to refuse any returns whatsoever in its sole judgment as to the fitness of the products being returned. If a return is refused due to any of the reasons mentioned above, Legstravaganza shall not issue any refund and shall not be responsible for return shipping.

Legstravaganza processes your returns and exchanges right away and in the case of refunds, your refund is processed on the spot for all approved merchandise returns, its our commitment to ensure only the very best shopping experience.
How Does Our Refund and Exchange Process Work?
1. We process returns and exchanges on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
2. If your package is an exchange, we process your request and submit your exchange to our shipping and packing department so we can ship your exchanged merchandise back to you with 24 hours.
3. If your exchange request has now gone "Out of Stock", we shall contact you within 24 hours to see if you would like another item or would prefer a refund on your requested exchange items.

Because Legstravaganza offers such low prices on its fashion, we charge shipping independent of our women's leg fashion. Wholesale Order Restrictions
1. All wholesale orders must be a minimum of $250.00 (Product Purchase)
2. If any of the items are unavailable, we shall notify you promptly as to which items and offer you the choice of replacing the items or have those items removed from your order. Please note that your order must remain above the $250.00 minimum.
3. If your order is below $250.00, you shall be notified via email.
4. If you ever have any questions, please contact us through your account on Legstravaganza.com. This is the most efficient method of managing communication and orders.
5. It is our policy to get all orders processed and out the same day. If you order before 12:00 PM PST, we will ship your order same day if all items are in our warehouse. If there is a delay as to some of the items, we shall notify you at our soonest.
6. You may order as few as 1 (one) piece per style up to the amount we have in stock.
7. Promo Codes CAN NOT be applied to wholesale orders.
8. Yes, we can make custom orders for you if you require bigger volumes beyond our current stock level.
