Legstravaganza Return Policy

We always encourage our customers to talk to us with any questions or concerns.  You may contact Legstravaganza Customer Service anytime at Legstravaganza@BravadaLtd.com. 

You Have 2 Options for Your Refund:

1.  Store Credit - Receive 110% of the value of merchandise returned as store credit.  Example: If you return $60.00 of items, we will place $66.00 as store credit into your account. 

2.  Refund Back to Your Card - A refund applied back to original card used for purchase. 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

1. The item(s) have been worn
2. The item(s) have been washed
3. The item(s) have been altered
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item (Sale Items, Undergarments, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Pierced Jewelry, Shapewear, Butt Boosters / Shapers)
6. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition 

You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your Legstravaganza purchase. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. 

 

For International exchanges and returns (outside of the United States), Legstravaganza does not provide shipping for exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns. 

 

To Return Any Item(s), Proceed as Follows:

1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with Original Receipt - We cannot exchange or refund without the original receipt.
2. Please write on the receipt which items you want exchanged. Please be thorough.
3. Mail your package to:

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, Legstravaganza shall process your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. We process returns 3 times per week and shall apply any refunds immediately upon approving your merchandise return.  Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Once approved for refund, Legstravaganza shall process your return on the original credit card used for purchase. Legstravaganza is not responsible for any delays resulting from your Bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies or procedures.  Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  It may take your bank or credit card processor up to 10 business days to process your credit back to your card once we process your refund.  We have no control over your bank's policies, procedures and processing time so please contact your financial institution as to their policies and status as to your refund once we process it.
